Hello blogland!! Just to let you know, Scrapbookers Paradise has Tattered Angels on special from March 16 - 31!! They are regular $8.99 on sale for $7.50. If you are ordering on-line, please quote "FIGM" to take advantage of this sale!! (new colors are excluded)
Tattered Angels is a acid-free, non-toxic, water-based glimmer mist!! It comes in a variety of colors!! I would have to say my personal favourites are Creme de Chocolat and Dazzling Diamonds.
This is a very good example of a clean and simple layout! Don't get me wrong, I love layers but sometimes simple just works!!!
The first thing I did was Cricut some random letters and numbers using the cartridge Platinum Schoolbook.
I then spritzed over them with Creme de Chocolat Tattered Angels Glimmer mist!
The result I was left with was maskerific!! I love the color with the little bit of shimmer!
I then matted the picture of my son and add some gears (I cut them from the Tim Holtz Gaget Gears die, which I then covered in Aged Black embossing enamel by Stampendous) and done!!
Make sure to take a look at Selena C blog to see what she came up with as well as make sure to leave a comment on the Paradise Pondering blog for a chance to win a free Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist!
Thank you for stopping by and have an amazing day!
